(INDIANAPOLIS) – Eager to learn about programs that improve the lives of Indiana individuals and families while also saving taxpayer money, Indiana State Sen. John Ruckelshaus will visit Indianapolis-based nonprofit Choices Coordinated Care Solutions on Dec. 5.

Choices supports a diverse group of people in Indiana: youth with complex behavioral, medical, and mental health needs; individuals with substance use disorders; youth and families in the foster care system; and pregnant women and new mothers in need of services for themselves and their babies.

The nonprofit has partnered with the Indiana Department of Child Services since 1997 in order to provide individualized care coordination. Throughout the years, the organization has helped increase stability, safety, and wellbeing for individuals by providing critical resources and support.

“Through our state partnerships, we’re able to make an incredible impact on individuals, families, and communities,” said Melissa Norman, Chief Operations Officer at Choices Coordinated Care Solutions. “Every day, our employees go above and beyond to change lives for the better. We can’t wait to share success stories with Senator Ruckelshaus.”

Ruckelshaus will visit the Choices Indianapolis office during a weekly all staff clinical meeting. For more information about Choices, visit https://www.choicesccs.org.
