“Maryland Choices began serving youth in Montgomery County, Maryland in 2005, and quickly expanded to a multi-county project. We serve approximately 400 youth over a variety of contracts, many of whom are often involved with the juvenile justice system, child welfare system and/or diagnosed with serious emotional or behavioral health needs. Maryland Choices is a subsidiary of Choices, Inc., which was founded in 1997 in Indianapolis. Choices serves approximately, 1,500 youth daily in three states and the District of Columbia.”
